Woking, UK – 24 March 2022. Together Vision Technology (TVT) are delighted to announce that their existing client, Pieroth Ltd, has successfully moved from their outdated legacy system to Bevica SaaS, TVT’s cloud-based drinks industry-specific business management solution.
Pieroth Ltd is part of an international group of companies that were founded on the principle of selling great wines direct to the consumer. Building a relationship with the consumer is the foundation of their business, and wine consultants make sure that customers have the best possible experience in exploring new wines.
In the UK, Pieroth has 20 employees based at their head office in Luton and a further 30 consultants who work from home across the UK.
Moving to a modern SaaS solution
Prior to their move to the cloud-based version of Bevica (powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Pieroth had been on an ageing Dynamics NAV v5 system. It had served them well for over a decade but needed upgrading. Alongside this, Pieroth went through a significant restructure of the business in 2020. Once those changes were successfully established, Pieroth’s focus moved to updating their ERP system to help drive efficiency. The implementation project started in January 2021 and went live on 1 January 2022.

Quick wins
Although Pieroth only went live with at the beginning of 2022, they have already had some quick wins as a result of moving to Bevica SaaS. A key one has been the system performance with regard to producing reports. What previously took hours to do, is now taking minutes with Bevica SaaS.
Kevin added: “The project to implement Bevica SaaS has been a huge success and we believe we now have a platform on which to build Pieroth’s success in the coming years. Not having to manage an on-premise server is one less burden and being able to benefit from regular updates and 3rd party extensions brings great potential for our business.
“I have relied on TVT’s support for over a decade and once again they have helped us deliver a significant project on time and within the agreed budget. I look forward to continuing that long-standing relationship.”
