This milestone marks a significant step in their digital transformation journey, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability across their business.
Founded in 1933, Hallgarten & Novum Wines is a respected name in the UK wine trade, known for its diverse portfolio of wines from family-owned producers around the world. With a strong focus on quality, provenance, and customer service, Hallgarten supplies wines to the on-trade, independent retailers, and national accounts. Recent accolades include Large Merchant of the Year, New World Merchant of the Year and Fine Wine Merchant of the Year at the 2025 Sommelier Wine Awards.
Prior to moving to Bevica SaaS, Hallgarten was using an on-premise version of Bevica powered by Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The transition to the cloud represents a major milestone in their technological investment, enabling greater flexibility, scalability, and integration across their operations.
Bevica SaaS Implementation Success
The implementation of Bevica SaaS was delivered on time and within scope, thanks to the collaborative efforts of the Hallgarten and TVision teams. The project included a comprehensive migration from NAV to Bevica SaaS, with a focus on maintaining standard processes and enabling future scalability.
Key highlights of the implementation include:
- Deployment of modules including Fine Wine, Warehouse Integration, Web API, Distribution Cost Management, Ex-cellar & Commission
- Deployment of TVT custom-built apps, Easy Credit Control, Journal Import from Excel and Table Dimensions
- Integration of third-party add-ins, Continia Document Output and Document Capture
- Use of Omni Analytics and SwiftCloud for reporting and data access
