7 July 2025, Woking – Flint Wines, respected privately held fine wine merchant, has successfully gone live with Bevica SaaS, marking a major step forward in their digital transformation. The go-live also coincided with the replatforming of their private client account pages, marking a new stage of technological investment for the company.
Founded in 2006, Flint is an independent fine wine merchant based in London. With a focus on terroir-driven wines, Flint has built a reputation for representing some of the world’s most respected producers—particularly in Burgundy, the USA, and Italy. Their focus on quality, provenance, and strong producer relationships has made them a trusted name in the UK wine trade.
Prior to moving to Bevica SaaS, Flint was using an on-premise version of Bevica powered by Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The transition to the cloud marks a significant step in their technological investment, enabling greater flexibility, scalability, and integration across their operations.
Flint’s move to Bevica SaaS was delivered on time and within scope due to a high degree of collaboration of the two teams, and the strength and flexibility of Bevica’s ‘out-of-the-box’ solution.

Flint’s new website is integrated with their Bevica system. This allows Flint private clients to view their private reserves, with future functionality in development, all underpinned by the Bevica APIs.
